Hand painted scarf in Chiffon silk. Each individual scarf is painted with a brush on white silk, with reactive colours. The silk is then steam-fixed so that the colors absorb into the fibers and become permanent. The scarf thus withstands a lot of sun and washing, and it does not fade after many years of use. All scarves are unique and signed. I often get inspiration from the Northern Lights, Aurora Borealis, for my scarves.
This scarf is extra wide, and fits great over the shoulders, with a dress.
Silk gives a feeling of luxury, and it can be machine washed or hand washed.
The colors may vary slightly from monitor to monitor.
